Jira Cloud Help

Hello,

I was wondering if there is anyone that uses Jira Cloud (Administration) in Perth Western Australia that I could sit with and pick their brain on tips and tricks.

Alternatively, if anyone can point me in the direction of online tutorials that is exclusively Jira Cloud Administration, that would be a huge help as I'm finding all the courses I'm trying to do are totally different to what we have.

The fact that we have separate documentation for Jira Core, Software and Service Desk, Cloud and Server in different locations can indeed cause confusion and it might no be immediate to find the right one. 

However, a good starting point would be:

•  Administering Jira Cloud products

The above documentation applies to all the Jira Cloud  products. While the  product specific ones are below:

• Jira Core Cloud
• Jira Software Cloud
• Jira Service Desk Cloud
