Can someone please tell me how to go further after this step??

There is no place to add the new key and nothing is appeared when i click the other radio buttons... 

Is it because, i am running all this in a localhost (test env.) ???

It should be nothing to do with localhost or testing - there should be buttons after the radio-buttons that you can click after selecting one of the three options.

Could you try refreshing the page?  A different browser?  Are there javascript errors anywhere?

The problem was because of the browser! I used chrome before....

With Firefox eveything seems to work ;)
