Jira - Raise a request customization

Hello.

When I am in Jira and choose to raise a request, I get this screen:

So, in this case my text, in the left side of this windows (Support, computer, support), isn't displaying all.  This is, I have more text that is not shown in the picture because it's to big.

It's there a way to show more text in this left column? Maybe customize the size of this text.

Another issue is that, when I choose something, like "Computer..." If I press "Help Center" in the top of the page, it takes me to the customer portal.

Is there a way that when I press the Help Center button, In case I have previously selected an issue, it would take me to that issue (instead of the Help Center again)?

Hi @Fr0zt,

My suggestion would be to look into the plugin.

I'm not sure if you can change the URL path for the Help Center link though.

This plugin helps, but still my string is 43 characters longs so it doesn't shows up (everything). If anyone remembers a better solution let me know. Thanks
