Is it possible to update Jira 7.0.11 to 7.12.0 without any intermediate updates?

Yes its possible.

From 7.0 you can directly update jira to any later version

Hi Marion,

The upgrade from 7.0.11 to 7.12.0 is expected to go without any hitches, but of course you could run into an issue depending on your setup. I've guided many customers through upgrade in this manner without any problems.

Our recommendation is to never upgrade your production server without testing first, so my recommendation would be to perform the upgrade at first on a staging server if you want to be absolutely sure.
