Here is my issue, I have stories that are created that are in "unassigned" with high priority.
(I have a group of guys that, they "should" pick them up.... Not always the case)
I want an alert that if they have not been "assigned" within 3 days and email is sent to the manager to assign them.
Story created, with unassigned and high priority. it sits for 3 days... I would like an email.
I have the email down but, trying to figure out the... If story has not been assigned after 3 days...
