Parent value shows the ParentId (xxx-123) in Jira export instead of summary. Can we get the summary along with issue key for parent

If you will use Google Drive it should work - which export are you using?
i am using excel app desktop. Go to apps-> Open in Microsoft excel-> open " excel on desktop"

You should have "Open with Google Sheets" option in the Apps.
Set your filter with the fields you want, and then try to export it to google and it would work

Try to clear cache of your browser.
if its the first time anyone in your Org is trying to use Google sheets - it will prompt an authorization message.
if its not the first time, it will redirect you to google sheets.
