Jira not sending Teams notification when issue created if the issue is created by automation.

I have set up two projects and created automation under each of them. Here is the information:

Project A automation:
When an issue is created, create an issue in Project B.

Project B automation:
When an issue is created, send notification to Teams webhook.

The issue I'm facing now is that if I create an issue manually in Project B, the "send notification" automation is working. However, if the issue in Project B is created by Project A's automation, the "send notification" automation will not trigger.

Any idea on how can i fix this?
