Key benefits of upgrading Jira version from 7.4 to 7.13

We are currently using Jira 7.4 version in our organization as this would be soon going to have EOL. Can you let us know the key advantages of upgrading to 7.13 version or key disadvantages of not going with upgrade.

I know that persoanlly the large number of performance improvements that have been going into the later half of the 7.x releases (we are currently on 7.5.0) are what our company is looking forward to since that is the most common complain we get from our users.
