Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You need to adjust your workflow so that it sets a resolution, either by asking a human via a resolve screen, or with a post-function that sets one.  After that, you will need to push your issues through one of the workflow transitions that do it.

How do i do that? In my workflow i have an option that is "Resuelta". Do i have to do something else?

I can't tell you a lot more than "you need to edit the workflow, adding a resolution screen or setting a post-function to set it".  You need to ask an admin to do this.
