The 'log work' does not show up.
Hi @Sarah W
Time tracking is not yet available in Next-Gen projects, but it will be soon.
In the meantime, you can use third party apps from Marketplace that store data in Jira, e.g., Clockwork.
This way, you will be able to switch to Jira built-in time tracking when it is available in Next-Gen, without losing data.
Cheers

Hello @Sarah W
as it was mentioned, it is currently not possible to log time in the next-gen projects. There are a few apps on the Atlassian Marketplace that are capable of this, and one of them is Worklogs - Time Reports for Jira that we have developed. A good thing is that the backend for time tracking is available in the next-gen projects, it's just not exposed on the UI. This allows our app to use the time tracking provided by Jira, and what it means for you is that once the time tracking becomes officially available in the next-gen projects, you will still see the hours you have logged via our app. All of the Jira-provided reports that operate on logged time will work as well.
Best,
Sebastian
