Looking for Recommendation: Need Expert Advice/Experience for helping us with Jira Performance

We've been having some serious performance issues with our Jira installation. We rely on Jira only for its Jira Service Desk project solution.  We'd like to engage an Atlassian partner who can evaluate why we are experiencing performance issues and provide a solution to resolve it.

1) Evaluate the hardware and software environment and usage to determine if sizing and other configuration parameters are appropriate.

2) Evaluate the extensions and customizations within Jira to determine if any may be problematic.

3) Give general guidance, advice and direction based upon our use of Jira.

We've been working with Atlassian Support Service for the last 4 weeks on this issue; and  we now feel that we need to involve a 3rd party as we are running out of options.

If you are able to recommend any partners that would be qualified to help us with this, it would be very beneficial to us.

Jason, I suggest you run your search in the Partner Directory.

You probably want to find someone near your location and someone with Platinum level (as those teams may have the most experience with large Jira deployments).

Thanks Aron. We appreciate this feedback. I have a couple calls out to some premier partners to get some quotes for time and materials. Just need another set of eyes on this as we've spent much too long on this and getting no where.
