We would like to give our customers hyper link for Jira issue. So they can have access to our instance and check updates about there issue. Please add issue URL in the insert variable drop down it will be helpful.

The variable you are looking for is the "request url" which is visible on the dropdown of the image you pasted.
I need issue URL hyperlink when our customer clicks on the link it must lead to our instance.
