No refresh SLA. We must press F5

When we transition to modify a field dependent on the SLA, it does not refresh the SLA in screen, we must press F5

Welcome to the community!

Can you tell us what version of Jira (Service Desk) you are using? What is the Pause on or Stop cause in your SLA?

The SLA does not stop / pause, but it does not refresh on the screen until you do F5. You do a search of the subject the reflected SLA appears.

The screen has been updated by launching issue.refresh and issue.update in the transition.
