I got logged out and tried logging into jira through outlook, once completing the two factor authentication , it asked for a verification code which is sent to my email but i checked in junk/spam but haven't received any mail. I tried several times the last two weeks but didn't get any mails yet.
Can you please help?

I found that email address had a suppression on it within our system. I have removed it from our list. That should allow you to start receiving new notifications now.

Please be informed, their might be a temporary bounce on server due to the mailbox rejecting or access denial. As @Nicolas Grossi quoted, you should reach out to Atlassian support team with your email, Jira URL, browser type etc. details.
