I want when an issue comes to a status; a special role in the project, notice its arrival.

(like a pop up or alert on desktop)

Is there a plugin or other way to solve this job ??

Hi,

You can use Automation for Jira for sending email to a person when the email have enter a status. EX.

When issue was moved to Escalated -> send email to Tikcet manager

I need popup in desktop. if I use email , all email show like popup .
