OOO Assignee

Hi,

Any suggestion on how we can keep a track if an assignee is OOO? For example, when a ticket is raised and needs to assigned to them, a prompt shows their start and end leave date?

Or any other suggestion?

Thank you for reaching out on the Atlassian Community.

I definitely understand how being able to track the OOO status of users could be beneficial, and other Users also agree and have created the following Feature Request to help implement an out of office feature:
ID-7594 

While Atlassian works to implement this feature, I recommend reviewing some of the available third party Marketplace Apps which may be able to meet your needs in the meantime.

Yes, this ticket is currently Gathering Interest at this time.

I highly recommend you add a Vote, and add yourself as as Watcher on this Feature Request. Also, you can even a comment describing how beneficial this addition to the application can be for your and your company.
