On customer portal "Approvers" can't show the AD users

On customer portal "Approvers" can't show the AD users, however, it works while we creating issue at the backend (access the project and click the "Create" button)

Hi Ryan,

at project level, you need to setup Customer Permission correctly. In particular, you need to select "Any customer or organization, by searching in this project"
