I've checked our enhancement requests and spotted that we already have a feature request for Ivanti ITSM platform.
Unfortunately, we don't have any ETA at the moment, or not sure even if it is going to be implemented in the future as these requests are being investigated and analyzed by both our product and engineering teams.
On the other hand, what I could do is adding your account name(if you have an Opsgenie account) under the ticket, so if it's going to be implemented in the future you'll be notified accordingly. If you don't have Opsgenie account, I could also add this post's URL into it so you'll receive notifications in either ways. How does that sound to you?
