Hello,
There is a locked field called "Category" and it is used by multiple projects/project screens. This field has the same option listed three times. Is it possible to remove two of those options and just leave one? I know that locked fields cannot be edited, but how come we have 3 of the same options under this field. Please advise.

@Elif Alverson the reason you have three options with the same value is because they may look the same but they are not. Your third options has different coding (it has ???? at the beginning instead of US flag) and either your first or second options has a space at the end.
To remove two of those options follow the steps below:

The locked Category field is used by the Business/Work Management projects. The values that are available are specific to the project and created/managed within the project.
When you say the field is used by multiple projects are you referring to Business/Work Management projects or are you referring to Software projects also?
Can you provide some screen images that show where you are seeing the field with the same entries replicated multiple times?

You are correct the Category field is the 107 Business/Work Management projects. Here is the screen shots of the category field options for this specific project. Thank you.
