Hey Guys,
I am a bit confused I manage 2 different organizations and to provision access to the product I use AAD group, I have recently created a new organization with the same setting we do have Atlassian access as well but under site settings I cant the product access tab.
Is there a way to enable it perhaps, for the other 2 organization it was always there before I started to take over so I am not sure.
Kind regards,
Aaron Micallef
Hi @Aaron Micallef , thanks for your question.
Please can you verify, if you go to admin.atlassian.com, that you see both organizations?
If you want to use Atlassian Access in both organizations, it is a product, so, as with the different products of Jira, Confluence, etc, you will need to add and pay for Atlassian Access in the other organization.
Does that answer your question / make sense?
Hey @Valerie Knapp
Thanks for your response, yes I do use Atlassian access on all of the 3 organizations here.
No under admin.atlassian.com I see separate sites since we don't want them under one organization.
Thanks
Aaron

Hi @Aaron Micallef , thanks for your feedback.
To clarify, you have a view like this one, with the different organizations, but you can't access the products tab in one of them. Please can you confirm that you have org-admin access to all of the organizations? It sounds like you only have the User admin access in that case.

Hey @Valerie Knapp
Correct, on the new organization I have users, groups and manged view I don't have the dropdown to select the other organization since they are separate.
let me upload some screen shot.

Hi @Aaron Micallef , I checked in with the other community leaders and they told me it is because of the new centralized user management experience -
We think this is turned on in the organization where you are not seeing the view you are used to. I think, unfortunately, you cannot do anything to change this yourself but you could open a ticket to Atlassian and ask for help - https://support.atlassian.com/
Cheers
