Project report error

While I was trying to generate a report of the project below error occurred. Pls assist. 

error as below

encountered a "403 - forbidden error while loading this page. you are not allowed to get a result set of more than 5000 results. A current search returns 51000 results.

Could You please tell more details? Which report? Which parameters you put in report?

On err msg we see that report cannot get more 5000, but you try 51000. Try reduce of count set.

Are You mean 'Time tracking report'? It work if reduce of the count set? What in 'Application Data7\JIRA\log\atlassian-jira.log' ?

I am not asking time tracking thing.  I am asking about a helpdesk issues

found the solution - 

System > General Configuration > Advanced > jira.search.stable.max.results). Adding this flag (jira.search.views.default.max=1000) to jira-config.properties in JIRA's Home is ignored by the application
