Raise this request on behalf of field was not showing at the service desk customer portal , How can I make it to visible to customer

The "raise this request on behalf of" field is only visible to Agents in Jira Service Management. It is not possible for customers to see this field. There is a feature request for this to become available for Customers that I suggest voting for and watching.

As per You it is not something we can achieve now. if We are Modified permission layer may be it will work or this is also no use..

Unfortunately not. Not without that customer getting an agent license to JSM. That's the only way for it to be visible on the customer portal.
