Restriction to change Project's Name

Hi all, 

I would like to restrict the people who can change the project's name in a project in Jira. I know I can configure the Administer Projects Permission but, if I restrict that, the people restricted can't change the People in the Project, the Key, the Category, etc and I only want to restrict the Name's configuration. What can I do?

Hello,

You can not do it. As you said if a user can edit a project's name, the user can add people, versions, components and so on. You can not fine tune it.
