I am setting up SLA's for 2 projects. The SLA's will be set at 10h (hours), 20h, 30h and 50h. The 10h, 20h, and 50h work fine but when I set the 30h it miscalculates and makes the SLA 40 hours. I am using our correct calendar which has 1 day as 10 hours. The SLA miscalculates in both projects. Has anyone run into this before?
Hello Alison,
Can you please provide us more detail with screenshots so we can better check this behavior? Also, are you using JIRA Cloud or Server?
Usually, the SLA rules execute just fine, so I believe that maybe you are facing some misconfiguration while setting the SLA values.
It was a configuration error - in the settings the workday was set to 8 hours when we are working on a 10 hour workday.
Thanks
