In the x Axis from the SLA reports the days are related to the date when the request was created or to the date when the request was resolved?

@Diego Flores I think the days in X-axis of SLA reports neither refer to Created date nor resolution date for the request. The days are just reflecting each day, based on the time period we select for the report (like past 7 days or 14 days, etc.) and how may issues met or breached that SLA on that specific day.

@Taranjeet Singhis correct that the X-axis refers to days, like the last 7, or 14, etc. The values of created and resolved are the counts for that day of the number of issues created and the number marked resolved. Cheers!
