Script Runner is not running on Jira 4.x version

I am beginner in Jira and using 4.X version. I am having a doubt i.e. one script runner is not running properly on system scheduler but other script runner is running properly as per scheduled date and time. Sometimes script runner is running but most of the time is not running. I had already checked that script but there is no error in that script. I am not getting why the script runner is not running as per scheduled date and time.

Please suggest us.

your Jira version has reached end-of-life. Best you upgrade to a newer version.
