Send Mass Texts via Jira Service Desk

Does anyone know of a way to send mass SMS texts to a list of cell phone numbers from Jira?  We want to use this for outages, planned maintenance, etc.

Hi there. I tried to install this on my Service Desk, but it seems that it is only possible to use it on a local server version of Service Desk. I can't install it on the cloud version we have. Is there any workaround for this?
