I'm assuming that there is an obvious step that I'm missing to determine which projects are available within the general service desk customer portal. Each project that we have has its own portal link. However, when navigating to the "portals" url rather than the individual links only two of the projects show up in the new block view. Any thoughts on adding the others?

Do you've access to the other projects? You can only see projects that you're a customer or agent.

Hi Victor - Thanks for the response. I'm not sure what the issue was (possibly just a bug) but I was able to delete and recreate the project that wasn't showing previously and it now functions as expected.
