Good day,
I am going live with JSM tomorrow and have a question about setting up email, I have two projects setup each with different emails for customers to raise tickets.
I can see in JSM a section where I can add incoming mail settings and option to "Sign in with Microsoft", does this support MS Graph (Client ID / Secret)?
Also when emails come in from one address how do I get it to raise tickets in the correct project? is it mail handlers and if so how is this done?
Welcome to the community,Incoming Email handler used to create a automate jira ticket creation through Email
Yes, Jira supports Microsoft Graph API, primarily for configuring incoming mail allow users to create issues /comments from incoming emails.
To configure Incoming Emails refer the doc https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver/managing-the-email-channel-939926306.html
Hope this helps
Thanks, forgot to say its JSM Cloud, also does JSM support MS Shared Mailboxes?
Thanks
