Sharing service desk project request options to other projects

I have a service desk project for each one of my customers.  As it currently stands, each individual project has its own requests that customers can use to open up incidents in the customer portal.  Is there a way to share the request options to other projects?  Basically, I want all of my customers to go to their customer portal and all the request options they can choose from are the same regardless of the project.

This is not currently possible. However Scriptrunner does have a 'job' that can copy Request Types from project to project.

Yes exactly. It's essentially a power tool or extension pack for jira.
