I have a single select field that is used to assign tickets to Support Teams.

In the view/edit screens, when you use the field, you can type any part of the team name and it will come up.

Using the same field in a custom screen it does not behave the same way.

Does anyone know why?

@Sue Lund  I guess this is happening due to different fields context set for diffrent issue type or different project .

Check the context for this custom field

I'm not sure I understand.

It is the same field, in the same project, on the same issue type.

It's just being used in 2 different screens.  The custom screen is being used in a workflow.
