I would like to switch between two fields in the Service Portal, depending on the language setting. So, language 1 shows field 1, language 2 should show field 2.
The background is:
In one language, the options in a select field are different from those in the other language.
How can this problem be solved, as I would like to use only one portal for both languages?
Thank you in advance.
You can't do that. What field you place on your request types, these are the field that are going to be visible for all customers on that project.
What are the values of these two fields? How are they different from each other?
Hi Alex Koxaras,
The language context also delimits the region. The supply is done by other suppliers that are available for selection. These are the different options in both fields. The background is also, among other things, that the options in the Select field cannot be translated.
It is a workaround for geo-localisation. Do you see any other possible solution?

Thomas

The way I would approach this problem is by:
Forms have the ability to show/hide sections based on choices from "closed-answers" fields, like single and multi select, checkboxes etc.
