Hello all,

I have a situation where a Jira system has a checkbox field where you can choose 2 or more accounts.

Is it possible while using the Tempo Accounts plugin , to have 2 or more accounts in the Account field ? Because until now i see that only one account per issue is accepted!

Is there any function by default or should i write a script for this?

Best regards

CM

Hi Christos,

The Tempo Account custom field allows only one Account to be set on the Issue.
All worklog made on the issue are then connected to this Account.

It is possible to connect a different Account than set on the Issue to the worklog by using Account as work attribute. With this functionality, you can select a different Account that is linked to the Project when logging work, to overwrite the Account that is set on the issue (see also https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/THC/pages/295798109/Working+with+work+attributes+in+Tempo+Timesheets+for+Server)

Thank you a lot @Susanne Götz _Tempo_ for your quick reply! But as long as i can not use 2 or more accounts in this field then its not what i need! I should find another workaround then.

Thank you again !!!

Best regards
