The approval request is not visible in the Service Desk

Hi! 

I'm the approver in the issue.

The confirmation button is available to me.

But I don't see the request in the jira service desk's approvals.

In order for a request to be available on the portal the Request type field has to have a value. Unless your automation is using the new "Create issue with a request type" the automation cannot set the request type as part of creating the request.

If I create task in the project by "create" button or by the form in help center - it's ok

I see all requests.
