Transform JIRA field formatting to HTML

Hi,

I am setting up automation wherein if a story status changes, I email the list of participants with the story description.

However, there are multiple formatting applied to the text within the Story description. When this text is added to the email, it appears messed up. Is there a way to transform JIRA formatting to HTML so that all the text styling applied to the description remains visible when it's added to the email body?

Hope to get some mechanism to sort this out.
