I know this is probably more for the Atlassian folks, but I will give it a try here. I am upgrading a Jira Data Center server on an isolated network. I have been tasked with getting a trial version of Automation for Jira running on the new server so that my Jira admins can test it out to see if it is what they want.
I have downloaded the latest plugin jar and installed it on the Jira instance. THREE different times I got a new trial license and typed it in to only get a failure notice. I have double and triple checked each license before getting a new one. Does anybody have any idea what is going wrong? Should I just check a fourth time?
Thanks!
Terry
What error are you getting please?
Can you please check the jira log and share with us the error?
Best,
Fadoua
The error I am getting is that none of the app licenses are valid. I have tried regenerating licenses multiple times to no avail. There are no errors in the jira logs.

I decided to print the license key from my isolated system and compare it paper to paper and found my mistake. I appreciate the assistance, Fadoua.
