Hello, I am trying to set up what is outlined in this guide:
https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/How-can-I-transition-the-parent-when-all-subtasks-are-resolved/qaq-p/159407
But when I test it, nothing happens at all.
This is what my automation looks like:
All I'm trying to accomplish is to check if all sub-tasks are done on a story, then move that story to Done. We're using a next-gen Scrum project for this (has also tested on Kanban).
Hello @oscar.klink
Thank you for reaching out.
Indeed, the rule you created should be transitioning a story to Done when the last sub-task of that story is transitioned to Done.
I tested it in my own test instance, creating a Story and three sub-tasks under it. After I closed the third sub-task, the parent story properly transitioned to Done:

Is it possible to set a similar rule for closing a Story if all the Tasks are done? I dont see an option to set Tasks as the branch condition.
