I have a JIRA OnDemand instance in which I want to point new users to the administrators contact form. The form is enabled in the global preferences, but I can't find a link to the form anywhere. Can someone tell me what the direct URL is, so that I can put a link in the intro message?
This is a restricted function for OnDemand. More specifically, the JIRA Admin contact form feature is intended for JIRA download version.
See Customising email content here for more details:

At this time, neither https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/restricted-functions-in-jira-cloud-applications-776636921.html not https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/restricted-functions-in-atlassian-cloud-apps-744721664.html lists this as a restricted function. The UI continues to allow us to configure this option in the General Configuration, but I don't see the link anywhere on my instance.

Jeen,
You should be able to see the "Contact Administrators" form once you click on "Edit" from this link:
https://<domain name>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/EditApplicationProperties!default.jspa
Hope that helps !!!

Unfortunately, I don't see the form from that page. I see the radio button to disable / enable it, and the text box to set a custom form text, but not a link to the actual form itself...
