Hallo Mr/Mrs,
My JIRA Account has a storage issue. cause the storage was full, I must upgrade to 250GB. I'm still confused about the payment. At the billing page, the estimated monthly total was USD 86.00 (excluding taxes), but I had a due for today of USD 26.92. Can I get the explanation? What's the difference between paying $86.00 monthly vs. paying $26.00 due today?
And if i were to upgrade the storage, does it mean my company's subscription to JIRA Standard? Not JIRA Free anymore? The last one, can I get the price list for 1 year for JIRA standard?
Thank uu
Hello @Toko Bintang
This is a user community so we have no information about your billing.
If you have a question about your billing reach out to Atlassian's Billing Support team through this page:

In order to increase your storage capacity you will have to upgrade to a paid Jira plan such as the Standard plan, and Jira will no longer be free. You can find pricing information for the different plans here:
Hello, Mr @Trudy Claspill
Sorry, I forgot to attach my billing page, and thanks for the explanation, so helpful🙏🏻
can i ask one more question?
Every Jira account has one organization admin (that's my email account). Is the organization admin a user too? If I have 10 team members, excluding my email as an organization admin, it will be charged for 11 users, right?
