I need the automation rule (add comments) to be triggered as current user , so i can transition the issue to another state and assign it to this users.
There is a function in the workflow that assigns a task to the current user if he move task fro status "TO DO" to "IN PROGRESS"
In actor list is not possible to choose current user, so the issue is assigned by transition inline function to the actor who is define in automation and this is wrong.
After creating the automation, many tasks were assigned to the user who was define as actor in the automation.
I turned off the automation because there is no way around this problem so the automation is useless.
This isn't really a question, but you're right - currently the actor can either be the Automation for Jira actor, or a specific user - but not "current user".
There are other threads on this that confirm this:

I know that others ask the same.
I am asking for a solution because it is crucial that the automation is 100% usable

I'll clarify - what I am saying is you cannot do what you're asking for at this time. You will need to find another way to do this.
If I understand your request, you need this to happen:
UserX comments on a ticket, automation then transitions the issue to another status then assigns it to the person who commented (userX).
If that is what you need, you can do this through automation in another way.
Try something this:
