We cannot find our December invoices

Please give me an advice, we cannot find our invoices for December 2024 . I would appreciate step by step guide . many thanks ;)

Welcome to the community!

Please note, that You must be an Organization Admin or Site Admin to view invoices in Jira.

If you're, then go to Settings, then access Billing section, click on Manage under Actions part of the page, after which you can see Invoices as the last item of the menu in the left.

Hi @Anahit Sukiasyan many thanks for quick reaction, we always do as you said , but the admin holder said that he is facing issues this time/start of this year  , cause the interface or sth like that has changed and they cannot find invoices anymore , do you know anything about it ?

Just tried it on my side, dear.

No interface change has been noticed by me.

If you could provide a screenshot or a recording maybe I can be helpful.

It's interesting, the notification on your screenshot mentions that Atlassian has done some changes in the billing management section. Click "Learn what this means for you" maybe this will help you to find the invoices in this new interface. As I checked on my side I do not receive such a notification message and my invoices are still located in the left menu of subscription details page.

Anyway, I can suggest the followings as well:

 

  • Visit my.atlassian.com:

    • Alternatively, log in to https://my.atlassian.com with the account associated with the subscription to check the Orders & Invoices section if visible.
  • Contact Atlassian Support:

    • If none of these steps work, contact Atlassian Support.
    • Explain the new billing system is unclear, and you need access to invoices asap.
