I have 2 instance: JSD&JSW. Please help to deal with the integration . I studied the documentation on Webhook, but I can't figure out which URL to enter, I tried different options, but nothing happened in Jira remotely. Help me figure out what URL you need to specify? Can you show me your real cases.
I found out that two instances of Jira will not integrate using a webhook, because when sending a webhook, the body contains information that cannot correspond to keys, topics, and so on in the second instance.
That is, for this to work, on the second copy it is necessary to take a web hook, get the necessary information and make changes based on the conditions. For example, using the automation for Jira plugin. It is also possible to send a webhook using the Jira Service Desk automation, here it is already possible to specify body values.
Hi @Max
I hope you are talking about the Application links between the two instance. If yes, you can follow the steps from the using AppLinks to link to other applications page. If not, can you please elaborate the issue.

The question is that I set up a Webhhok for all events, but it does not work. Trying to figure out how to integrate Jira with Jira using Webhook

The main idea of @Max - we have 2 different instance of Jira (JSD(1 and 2nd line of support) and JSW(3-rd line)).
Now we are trying to make integration through webhooks, for example, we will create a transition 'send to 3-rd line' with webhook, which will create a ticket on JSW (another instance) andfurther information sharing.
Is it possible using out-of-box Webhooks? do you have a real experience?
or we must use any apps for integration?
