Dear all,
we have a jira cloud instance on which we would like to add the Service Desk module
Actually I have build some communiction to Jira Service Desk through its API with url :
https://myServiceDesk.atlassian.net/rest/servicedeskapi/.....
If ServiceDesk module is added to our Jira cloud instance, what will be the url of Service Desk api ?
regards
Hi @Calderara Serge,
the answer to your question is already in your post. If your cloud instance has the url https://mycloud.atlassian.net, then the Service Desk REST API would be located on https://mycloud.atlassian.net/rest/servicedeskapi.
Or are you looking for something else?
Cheers,
Matthias.
Dear mathias,
Our actual jira cloud instance we used is for handling issue as part of SCRUM process and unit test.
What we are planing is to add ton this instance the Service Desk module, so based on your repsonse, by adding the module it will be simply accessible using same instance url as a new application.
correct ?
sorry for basic question i am new to this

And yes, the instance url for your Jira Service Desk module (Atlassian calls it Application) will then be the same as for your Jira with your SCRUM process (Application: Jira Software).
