While creating a user, an email containing link to enter login ID and Password must be received by the user.
When the admin is sending an invite to add a particular user, he is not receiving an invitation mail from Atlassian.
Hi Ankit,
Is this for Raju? I checked our logs and his email was previously blocked due to 550 error but it doesn't appear to be anymore. The block was removed and he's now receiving emails as of yesterday evening.
Can you confirm? If this is not the user in question, I would recommend raising a support ticket and provide the email address there of the user that is not receiving emails so we can check for any blocks.
Regards,
Shannon
Hi Shannon
Thanks for the revert.
Yes, it was for Raju.
But there is another issue regarding notification. A week ago there was a problem with our company email system and since then neither the admins nor the users of JIRA are getting notifications via email. Before this problem everything was working very smoothly.
Could you please provide any thread regarding the above mentioned issue?
Awaiting your response.
Regards
Ankit Yadav

Hi Ankit,
This is a separate problem, since your Jira notifications aren't sent out by the same system that sends the invites.
Are you on Cloud? If so, I recommend creating a support ticket so we can have a look at your log files and see what the problem might be.

Hi Miguel,
Thank you for letting us know! My recommendation is to reach out directly to the support team so they can check the email logs and find out what happened to those emails for you.
The system has changed a bit since this original post, so contacting support is the best way to have this investigated.
Thank you for your understanding!
Regards,
Shannon
