Hello,
Can anyone help how can this be fixed?
Regards
Priyanka Khare
@Priyanka khare These both are pretty different from each other,
On first,
This usually happen when your Jira machine is not able to access it's public url from itself. My suggestion is to check with your system admin to fix if there is any network issue or firewall in work. And also, please check if your base url is correctly configured, and you are using that to access Jira.
On Second,
Please check your attachment, and check in Jira home if it exists. This usually happen we move home folders or attachment is not fully stored against issue.
I hope this helps.
Hello @DPKJ How do I check in JIRA home for the attachments? Whenever I resolve this issue ad remove the unreadable attachment from the issue , a new error appears with another unreadable attachment, Can you direct me how can i check it?
Regards
Priyanka

And mentioned issue ticket for details where attachment is located inside Jira home.
