Hi there,
I have just tried to share my dashboard with the admins of the project with no luck. I have granted permission - as far as I could see it was all set up correctly - but when I sent the link, the admins said they could not see. Only came up with an Error page.
What can I do? Is there a way to troubleshoot?
Cheers,
Endre Kallai
Hi Endre - You also have to share any underlying filters that the gadgets are using in the Dashboard.
Hi John, thank you. How do you do that though? What are the steps, please?

Yes you need to share the Dashboard and the Filters. This has always seemed overly complicated to me TBH but there are more important things to whine about. ;-)
Here are the steps:
Dashboard - click on ellipses > edit dashboard and update the Access to share w/ desired group/role
Filters - for every filter reference in the dashboard share w/ the same folks as the dashboard. Go to the filter click on Details and then Edit permissions

Sharing the filter on top of the dashboard is the most annoying step I've come across in my short time using Jira. Makes no sense to me.
