Hi @Jimmy Trivedi - If your intent is to have automation open/close sprints for you, that's not currently possible. Instead, automation is for any desired actions upon sprint start/completion.
So, they're using the Send Web Request action which is making an API call. This is not my area of expertise, but here's a link to the API documentation:
