Why am I getting a clauseValues is Empty error when trying to start a sprint?

Whenever we try to start a sprint, this is the error.

Now users are saying they cant edit sprints either...

WE have restarted app and DB more than once, and created new sprints and items and nothing is working.

@Tova Dubywhich Version of Jira are you  using and are there issues in the sprint before  you started the  sprint ?

local install 7.1.10

and we have never seen these Sprint issues before yesterday.  And again - new sprint, existing sprint, dragging, tagging, new items etc - nothing works and we cant start the sprint.

WE restarted the app and DB 3 times and that didnt help

and I am a full sys admin so i know it isnt rights

@Tova DubyThere has been  reported same issue in atlassian 

Make sure you  have all necessary permission regarding sprint,

Users with the permission to administer projects in a sprint are still unable to start a sprint

There has been  reported same issue in atlassian 

clauseValues is empty when Starting Sprint,  check  it out, try  work  around, else should contact atlassian   support.
