Why the new version does not provide rich text in description fields?

To highlight some text or use a different ink color for text, I am not able to do it quickly.

Just for your information: You can use colours by default in every Jira version I've ever tested and implemented, description can use color for text... and only this year I've tried every Jira 7 version, since 7.0 to 7.12
