It is very strange that any tickets assigned to me is not listed on the Assigned to me tab on Your Work page.
How can this be solved?

Hello @Miyoung Mary Kim , assigned to me only shows the issues that are in progress (which can be to do, in progress, waiting for support and so on). So, do you see the issues which are in progress?
You can use below jql to compare query results with your assigned to me issues -
assignee = username AND status not in (Done, Resolved)
Hi @Sachin, yes, the issues in Service Desk are in progress but they are not showing in Your Work - Assigned to me list.
More interesting and weird to me is that we have two Service Desks (A and B) and assigned to me issues from A are showing but issues from B service desk are not displaying on Your Work.
